This winter solstice, celebrate the first day of winter with Chadwick Arboretum for our annual Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk. Enjoy the peace of an open fire, roasted chestnuts, and hot cocoa while exploring our luminary-lit gardens and meditative labyrinth. This family-friendly event is free and open to everyone.
20-minute tours of the Columbus Landscape Association Conifer Collection begin at 4:00 pm and will run continuously until dusk. These tours will be led by Chadwick Arboretum volunteers and staff, including:
- Dr. Laura Deeter, Sandy and Andy Ross Endowed Director of Chadwick Arboretum
- Joe Stewart, Master Gardener Volunteer
- Dr. Mark Debard, Master Gardener Volunteer
Note: While this event is free, you must RSVP to receive free parking.
Didn't get a chance to RSVP, or is the parking lot full? No problem. Parking will be $15.00 in the closest parking lot, but only $2.50/hour for other nearby parking lots that are within close walking distance.
