Start your solstice celebration with a tour of the Chadwick Arboretum Conifer Collection before joining us for the annual Winter Solstice Labyrinth Walk!
Walking the candlelit labyrinth in Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens is a peaceful way to welcome winter. We will have an open fire, roasted chestnuts, and hot cocoa to warm you inside and out.
Program Details:
4:00 p.m.: Meet under the Trellis Entrance to the Lane Ave. Gardens for a 30-minute guided walk of our Conifer Collection with Joe Stewart, Master Gardener Volunteer and Lead Volunteer of the Lane Ave. Gardens.
5:00 p.m.: Pam Bennett, Chadwick Arboretum Interim Program Director, will give a brief overview of the labyrinth.
5:15: - 7:00: Enjoy the labyrinth, hot cocoa, and roasted chestnuts!
Note: While this event is free, parking in a nearby parking lot is about $2.50/hour, payable with credit card.
Update 12/20/21: Construction has closed Fyffe Road temporarily. Take the detour to Woody Hayes Road via Tuttle Park Pl. or Kenny Road.
