  7. ArboBlitz 2022

    Every fall, Chadwick Arboretum teams up with the rest of campus to plant a lot of big trees in 3 hours. Then, the following Arbor Day, we dedicate those trees in honor of the wonderful people that will receive a "Chadwick Award" for Speaking for the Trees. 

  8. FULL: Hypertufa Container Workshop

    Oct 25, 2022 through Oct 26, 2022, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

    In this 2-part workshop, Allen Fabian, Chadwick Arboretum Volunteer, will teach you how to create beautiful hypertufa containers.  A planted trough can be a garden unto itself, highlighting a variety of textures, colors and heights. Each class participant should be able to make two containers from materials supplied. 

  9. Fall Foliage Open House at Arboretum North

    Oct 16, 2022, 1:00pm - 4:00pm

    Have you ever visited Arboretum North? Chadwick Arboretum’s largest garden site includes a lake, picnic area, 1000 native trees, a “net zero” tiny house, and more. Join us for an open house tour of the area highlighting these features, along with apple cider warmed over a fire.  Bring your camera!
