Maple Tree Walk

 Maple Tree Walk

This 1-hour tour around the Lane Ave. Gardens will highlight several maple tree varieties and species that grow well in the central Ohio region.

This is a great way to get in a quick after-lunch walk while learning something new!

This tour will be lead by 10-year Chadwick Arboretum Volunteer, Hope Weber. Hope was a member of the Upper Arlington Tree Commission and coordinated their 2018 Centennial Tree project. She holds a Masters Degree in Vocational Horticulture from Ohio State University and was a former high school biology teacher, adjunct professor at Columbus State Community College, and is now retired from McGraw-Hill Education as Executive Editor for middle school science.

Pleae note, this event will cancel in the event of heavy rain/thunderstorms.
