Fall, Forage, and Foliage Walk at Arboretum North (Cancelled)

*Note: This event has been cancelled due to rain. However, Arboretum North is open from dawn until dusk and we encourage you to come see this beautiful space!

Have you ever visited Arboretum North? Chadwick Arboretum’s largest garden site includes a lake, picnic area, 1000 native trees, a “net zero” tiny house, and more. Join us for a tour of the area highlighting these features and showcasing the edible plants around us. Also: 

  • Local apple cider warmed over a fire
  • Children's scavenger hunt
  • Arboretum-grown tree seedling for $10.00 each (cash/check), including Gingko, Sweetgum, Oak, and others grown from seed collected around the arboretum

DATE:            Sunday, October 24, 2021
TIME:             Open House from 1 – 4 p.m.
                       Tour from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

LOCATION:   Arboretum North, Behind the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center: 2201 Fred Taylor Drive, 43210

PARKING:     Visitors will be given a parking pass for free parking during the event at the Nationwide and Ohio Farm Bureau 4-H Center. If parking spaces are full at the 4-H Center, additional parking is located across the street.
