ArboBlitz 2021

Tree Planting

Every fall, Chadwick Arboretum teams up with the rest of campus to plant a lot of big trees in 3 hours. Then, the following Arbor Day, we dedicate those trees in honor of the wonderful people that will receive a "Lorax Award" for Speaking for the Trees.

This year, we need 40-50 volunteers to bring their shovels, knowledge, and sense of purpose to plant 20 cherry trees at Mirror Lake Hollow. You do not need to know how to plant trees to participate - we will teach you! However, if you do have previous experience, consider being a team lead.

More information will be sent to those who RSVP the week before the event. Please recruit your friends and family to join too! Everyone who plants a tree will receive a free Buckeye tree botanical print from our Emmanuel Rudolph Collection!
