Pre-Orders are Open for the Pi Alpha Xi Poinsettia Sale!

Priority selection deadline is November 14, with additional pre-orders accepted until November 23. Pre-orders will be available for pick-up during the sale on December 3 & 4 in the Howlett Hall Greenhouse. Additional items, such as Chadwick Arboretum’s volunteer-made winter green decorations, will be available for purchase at the sale.

Pi Alpha Xi is a horticultural honor society at OSU that promotes high scholarship, fellowship, professional leadership, and the enrichment of human life through plants. By purchasing your poinsettias from their sale this winter season, you are not only guaranteed to receive high quality plants but are also supporting horticulture students here at OSU.

• December 3 & 4, 7:30a.m. – 6:00p.m.

Location:

• Howlett Hall Greenhouse, 680 Vernon Tharp St, Columbus, OH 43210
• Parking is available in the lot next to the Ornamental Plant Germplasm Center, 670 Vernon Tharp St, Columbus, OH 43210.
• Follow signs for PAX Sale to access the Greenhouse. There is ongoing construction in the area. 
• Please note that parking is paid by the hour via ParkMobile or by calling 877-727-5009. 

Our Buy-One, Get-One Membership Drive Ends December 5, 2025.

We hope you have enjoyed your membership to Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens and have made several new memories with us in the past. 

As a reminder, our 2-for-1 option expires December 5, 2025. Gift memberships purchased by the deadline will be sent to your email address by December 12, 2025 so that you can personally present your gift however you would like. Note that our office is now only offering electronic membership cards, but you may request a physical copy by emailing chadwick@osu.edu.
