You can honor a friend or loved one by giving a gift of $25 or more to the Arboretum’s Forget-Me-Not garden, which is a planting of Brunnera macrophylla located in the Lane Avenue Gardens. We will send a letter to your friend or to their family acknowledging your gift. This is an easy and affordable way to celebrate a co-workers promotion or to remember a loved one while supporting our gardens.
Commemorative and memorial gifts of $1000 or more also provide a 1" x 3" metal plaque that is installed in our entry kiosk in the Lane Avenue Gardens. The plaque includes your sentiment, for example: In honor of John Smith at his retirement, from his co-workers in the Department of Horticulture.
