Friends of Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens Membership
The Friends of Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens are people like you who provide support for the programs and operations of our outdoor learning laboratory and plant collections. Your support also provides for special improvement projects and funding for student work experiences.
Individuals, families, garden clubs, civic groups, alumni, students, and the gardening public are invited to support our diverse horticultural resource—The Ohio State University Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens--by becoming a member.
Through your membership in the Friends of Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens you’ll be invited to members-only events such as the Spring Plant Sale Friends Reception where food, entertainment, and first pick of the plants are offered to our Friends. Friends members also receive discounts on plants, gardening books, gardening tools, educational programs, tours, and selected lectures.
Membership provides reduced or free admission to many public gardens and arboreta through our reciprocal admissions agreement with the American Horticultural Society. Participating gardens are listed at http://www.ahs.org/
Join now and take advantage of a full year of special member activities. If you are already a member you can renew now or share your enthusiasm with a friend, neighbor, or colleague by giving them a gift of membership.
If you are an employee of The Ohio State University you can join or renew your membership through the Campus Campaign payroll deduction plan.
Double the impact of your membership with employer gift matching. Every year many companies match gifts to the Arboretum made by their employees. Some companies may also match gifts from spouses and retirees. When you make a gift to the Arboretum, please contact your personnel office to see whether your company has a matching gifts program. If they do, then get a matching gift form from them and follow the directions for doubling your gift to the Arboretum.
